Body Love Yoga is an embodiment-based practice incorporating yoga asana, meditation, mindfulness, and fluid movement. We move through a variety of yoga poses, to be done in your own way in your own time. We understand and support that each person looks and feels different in every pose, as no body is the same. This is a safe space to connect with yourself deeply. All levels, body sizes, and people are encouraged and welcome to join.
I created Body Love Yoga because we are all allowed to exist in our bodies, and to live freely without judgement. This practice helps me move from body dissatisfaction to a more loving and compassionate place. This practice is for all of us to know our innate preciousness. Because you are worthy of the space you take. And everything you need is already within you.
