Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
Each 50 minute session will focus on a combination of strength training, cardio conditioning, core stability, and FUN. I tailor workouts to each clients' specific needs. Whether it's muscle building, functional mobility or corrective exercises, I write detailed plans for short and long term goals.
Who is this activity designed for?
This activity is open to anyone, but it is specifically designed for individuals over the age for 35 looking to improve strength, stability, and functional movement in a small class setting. If this sounds like you (and you find regular gyms too intimidating), please join us!
What is provided?
Mats, barbells, Kettlebells, rowers, standing towers, medicine balls, cable machine, filtered water, rest rooms, and free parking.
What do you bring?
Water bottle, comfortable clothes, sneakers.
